Bryan brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis, with a diverse background working in in-home, classroom, and clinical settings. His expertise includes training staff and families in de-escalation techniques, behavioral strategies, and crisis response. For the past three years, he has served as a certified PCM Crisis Trainer, equipping others with the tools to effectively and safely manage challenging situations while supporting positive outcomes for students.

Currently, Bryan is furthering his education through the Mandel Scholars Academy, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education with plans to continue on to a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. His commitment to ongoing professional growth reflects his dedication to serving children and families with the highest level of skill, care, and compassion.

Beyond his professional work in behavior analysis, Bryan has been a performing and recording musician for more than 25 years, collaborating with both local talent and Grammy Award–winning artists. He enjoys bringing his passion for music and the arts into the educational setting, incorporating song, dance, and therapeutic art sessions to enrich the student experience. Bryan’s unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic creativity makes him a valuable and dynamic member of the Trust The Journey Academy team.
